

Here at Papa Mojo’s Roadhouse, we’re excited about the menu items CHEF MELTON will be serving up IN JULY for our entries in the 2010 NC BEST DISH Competition!
In the casual dining category, we won the grand prize in 2008, placed third in 2009, and this South Durham classic Cajun Creole restaurant is back again as a finalist in 2010!! "It’s really is an honor to be in the same league with the best chefs and restaurants in the state. This is a creative exercise that we all enjoy!" says Chef Melton.
These competition entry dishes are being offered at a special price through the month of JULY, so come on down and sample Chef Mel’s creations while you can!

Appetizer - Fried Colossal Crab Stuffed Shrimp w/ Jezebel Sauce - $10 for 3
Soup - Sweet Corn Bisque with Local Goat Cheese Crostini - cup $4, bowl $7.50
Entree - Pork Osso Bucco braised in Carolina Brewery Copperline Amber Ale reduction, served w/ cane syrup glazed sweet potatoes & pan fried greens - $16
Dessert - Rustic Peach Tart with Mapleview Farms Vanilla Ice Cream and Pecan Praline Topping - $6 Wine pairings are also available.
